Optimo

Terms of use

Last updated: 19 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing and using Optimo you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please uninstall the app.

2. What this app is

Optimo shows the state of your phone — storage usage, RAM, battery temperature, largest files and apps — and suggests actions. It is an informational tool, not a repair service: it does not fix hardware, does not “magically” speed up your phone, and does not replace Android's own mechanisms.

3. What the app cannot promise

“Clear memory” only asks Android to release background processes — the system decides whether and what to close, so the effect may be small or none. “Free up space” works the same way: Android itself chooses which apps to clear the cache for. Size and usage readings come from Android system interfaces and may differ from the numbers in your phone settings. We do not guarantee any speed-up or any specific amount of reclaimed space.

4. Deleting files cannot be undone

Deleting large files and duplicates is always confirmed by you in an Android system dialog — the final decision is yours. Deleted files cannot be restored from within the app. For duplicates we keep the oldest copy in a group, but the comparison is based on file size and a hash of part of the file, so review the list before deleting. We are not liable for data loss resulting from a deletion you confirmed. Keep backups of anything that matters to you.

5. Account

An account is optional — every diagnostic feature also works in guest mode. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken on your account. We may block an account used for abuse or attempts to compromise the service.

6. Prohibited use

You may not reverse-engineer the app in order to bypass its protections, use it to access other people's data, or interfere with our infrastructure. The app uses only public Android interfaces and does not require root — do not use it to circumvent system restrictions.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its name, interface and graphics belong to the author. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app. It does not include the right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works.

8. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you as a consumer by mandatory law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms, announcing it in the Google Play update notes. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. Consumer disputes are resolved by the courts having jurisdiction under generally applicable rules.
